How To Order

Orders may be placed - online through the checkout - via email, stating product number and description - via fax, stating product number and description - or over the phone.   Payments may be made -  online through the checkout using your visa, mastercard, bankcard or bank account. Children's Wear Direct processes online orders using Paypal - a safe and secure processing gateway. - or via bank deposit, bank transfer, cheque or money order. If you are not paying online, please email your order - do not go through the checkout as it will ask for payment, and advise how payment will be made so your order can be put aside pending payment. Postcards can now be used through the checkout system."postcard"

Please note: Credit card payments are only available with online purchases through the checkout system or instore at the Miami shop.  Orders will be processed and sent within 7 working days of your payment being received and cleared (if paying by cheque/money order).  All purchases are sent via Australia Post - Express Post or Registered Post. Postage Costs - within Australia Purchases under $50.00 - $8.00 postage fee. Purchases between $50.01 and $150.00 - $12.00 postage fee. Purchases between $150.01 and $250.00 - $24.00 postage fee. All orders above $250.01 and below $500.00 will receive free postage within Australia only. Overseas orders will receive a separate invoice for postage costs. Locals - Locals Supporting Locals - if you live locally your postage costs will be credited back to your account.  Your order will either be delivered personally or sent via Australia Post. (as at 1 July 2010) Thought Spots/Packs only - removable stickers - $4.00 postage fee for a maximum of 4 packs or spots. (a refund will be issued for the difference) Sunglasses only - $5.00 postage fee for maximum 2 pair. (a refund will be issued for the difference) Bibs or Bootie Sets - Postage will be half price. The difference will be credited back to your account after you place your order. (as at 23 July 2010) Returns Please note:  THERE IS NO RETURN ON SALE ITEMS, unless faulty. Children's Wear Direct offers a 14 day money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.  Please contact Children's Wear Direct for details on how to return your item. Your item must be in original, unwashed condition with tags still attached. Please note: original postage costs will not be re-imbursed only the item/s purchased.
